At Overshadowed’s Jr Theater Camp, you will focus on the three musical theater disciplines:

Students will learn audition techniques for all three areas and learn key principles of each to create a well-balanced musical theater actor.

This one-week camp finishes with a performance where the skills learned during the week are put into practice!

At Overshadowed's camp for our youngest thespians, the focus is less on a specific production and more on theater skills such as:

  • Singing
  • Choreography
  • Diction

In order to keep these young campers engaged, games and drama activities will be used to reinforce learning.

This 3 day camp conclues with a showcase for friends and family to see the newly acquired skills!

The story you know and love has been given the royal treatment! Aladdin and his three friends, Babkak, Omar, and Kassim, are down on their luck until Aladdin discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and his moral character. With expanded characters, new songs, and more thrills, this new adaptation of the beloved story will open up “a whole new world” for  performers!

Is the outlaw Robin Hood a hero, a lovelorn sap, or just plain mean? Told from the perspectives of Robin himself, Maid Marian, and Prince John, this hilarious tale combines three different stories into one -- and with three different endings, leaves it up to the audience to decide which one is true.
