The Neverland Project is a fun, new take on the classic story of Peter Pan, told from the perspective of Wendy Darling. You’ve heard of Peter Pan. You might even think you know the story—about a boy who can fly, about Neverland and pirates and Lost Boys and Tinker Bell. But you don’t know the real story because the man who wrote it all down wasn’t actually there. In The Neverland Project, Wendy Moira Angela Darling—who was there—is setting the record straight. Through a play-within-a-play format, she invites the audience to experience what really happened to Peter’s shadow, how he learned to fly, and what Tinker Bell is really like. There’s even a key character the audience has never met before. The only way to truly explain Neverland is to take you there—and that’s exactly what this play does.
