Park on site.
Free on-site parking is available. Patron entrances are on the east side: under the canopy or through the accessible side entrance beside the wheelchair-accessible parking area.

The building typically opens 45–60 minutes before the event. Seating usually begins about 30 minutes before curtain.

Look for the venue.
Most mainstage productions take place at 900 Foster Ave. Some special events and camps use other locations, so always confirm the venue on your event page or ticket confirmation.

Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You can show your tickets on a smartphone or other device. Have them ready to show an usher, who can also help you find your seats.
If you don’t have your tickets printed or available on a device, stop by the Box Office counter, and a staff member can confirm your seat assignments.

The theatre is family-friendly and welcomes children. Check your production page for story details and any show-specific audience guidance.

Yes. Tickets may be exchanged for available seating at another performance of the same production, provided you contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before your ticketed performance.
Season Ticket Holders may exchange their tickets at no charge. Non-Season Ticket Holders are subject to a Ticket Reassignment Fee for each seat exchanged.
Ticket exchanges must be handled directly through the Box Office by phone or email.

Overshadowed works to keep performances on schedule and canels only in severe conditions. Unless a cancellation or schedule change is posted on the website, expect the performance to continue as scheduled.

Yes. At the theatre, Overshadowed offers snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the concessions area. It is open for performances and closes after intermission. Credit cards, debit cards, and checks are accepted. At off-site events, concessions are available only for camps.
